5-Day Challenge

Work through the hard conversations you’ve been avoiding—with structure and guidance—so honesty leads somewhere (without falling apart mid-conversation).
Name what’s actually been hurting beneath the surface—and learn how to hear it without interrupting, fixing, or shutting down.
Turn awareness into direction by identifying what needs to change now for your marriage to move forward.
Break the cycle of talking, processing, and stalling—but actually commit to shared action with accountability.
Complete 30 days of doing more than just “talking about things”—but actually work through them with intention, structure, and support.

And by this point...
And by this point...

The #1 mistake most couples in fragile emotional states make is trying to open up, all once, without having created any safety first. It's like diving head-first into a pool with no water, no cushion, no comfort to break the fall. So Week 1 is all about recreating safety between Husband and Wife so the coming weeks conversations have a warm space
to land in.

By Week 2, we've created enough safety through exercises and conversations to open up about the deepest parts of ourselves to our spouse. This is where we make room for real honesty and experience actual breakthrough through even the most difficult topics, following the 30-day plan. This is the week where we don't hold anything in, but we give each other the gift of transparency and truth,
one day at a time.

Progress comes with motion. You both have desires, goals, and vision for your lives, but you can't move forward as a team without clarity on what those are. So, during Week 3, we're getting back up and on one accord about WHAT YOU WANT. Your desires as a couple and for the future of this marriage.

One of the most common issues goal-driven people have is never leaving the strategizing phase. Planning and planning with no follow-through. It stops here. Week 4 is all about taking action in both big and small ways to take your marriage and your capacity as a team, to a whole new level.

✔ Less shutdowns and the need to feel defensive
✔ Less shutdowns and the need to feel defensive

Inside this Bootcamp Curriculum, you'll receive a new lesson to follow, each day for 30 days. Each week you'll be tapping into a different focus, from rebuilding safety to opening up about what’s been hurting, taking action, and finally getting clear about the future of your marriage. Watch the videos together (or on your own if needed), then come together for your couple's exercise and discussion later on each night.

This workbook is where everything slows down and gets real. It’s filled with guided prompts, conversation exercises, and space for both individual and shared reflection—so you’re not just thinking about change, you’re talking it through. Use it throughout the 30 days to process what’s coming up, stay on the same page, and keep your conversations grounded, honest, and moving forward.

This is where the work gets real. During the 30-day Bootcamp, we get on a call together as a group twice for coaching, clarity, and accountability. This is a space to ask your real questions, get honest marriage feedback, and break the beliefs that've been holding you both back. This is where you get real time support, engage with the other couple's going through this process with you, and receive direct and uncut, marriage feedback.

Wives get access to the Ladies’ Room—a Wives-Only small group session where we talk about anything from motherhood and marriage to womanhood and wellness—to reclaim our power, feel more grounded, stronger, and be supported by a group of ladies.

Husbands get access to the King’s Lounge—a Husband’s Only small group session where we have real & raw conversations specific to husbands—to sharpen our mindset, upgrade how we lead, become even more of the husbands our wives need, and share a space with other kings.

Couple's get exclusive access to a Couple's Community Night group session to grow together, meet other married couples, have some fun, and be poured into together with other like-minded married couples.

Absolutely yes. We designed this, intentionally, with busy couples in mind - couples managing packed schedules, children, business, ministry, school, and life. You can go through the lesson individually on your own time, but the daily exercise and conversations must be done together. If you can dedicate 45 minutes to your spouse each night, you'll be successful.
This Bootcamp is intentionally designed as a shared experience with structure, accountability, and support - rather than going through a course completely alone. Couples in the same cohort begin on the same start date (at the top of this page) and move through the 30 days together. Most couples don’t struggle because they lack information, but because they try to change in isolation. Moving together creates consistency, momentum, and follow-through that’s hard to sustain on your own. It's a good experience to invite friends to join for added accountability and support.
You’ll have access to the videos and lessons for the full 30 days of the Bootcamp. Each day unlocks a new lesson with a focused exercise and conversation to complete together.
Unfortunately no. This Bootcamp is a Couple's experience. All of the videos, lessons, guided prompts, exercises, even the bonus resources were all designed for both husband and wife to journey through together. If your spouse is not on board, we recommend waiting for a better time.
Group calls happen weeks two and four via Zoom, Monday evenings at 7:45PM EST.
When the Bootcamp begins, you’ll receive access to the full Marriage Breakthrough 30-Day Bootcamp Curriculum, along with the Couple’s Marriage Bootcamp Workbook & Reflection Guide to support daily conversations and progress. You’ll also have a seat in our Bi-Weekly Couples Coaching & Accountability Group Calls, plus bonus access to The Ladies Room (wives-only), The King’s Lounge (husbands-only), and Couples Community Night for shared growth and support.
Nope. When you sign up for the Bootcamp once, both Husband and Wife get access to everything included.

We’ve been on a mission, as Certified Marriage Coaches, to help motivated married couples restore trust, deepen connection, and cultivate the marriage they’ll never want to leave.
Marriage isn’t easy—especially when balancing careers, kids, and life’s demands. We know because we’ve lived it.
As entrepreneurs, parents raising a blended family, and servants of the Living God—we understand the silent struggles, unspoken frustrations, and pressure to keep everything together.
Early in our marriage, we faced challenges that tested our faith, commitment, and our ability to truly connect.
But instead of letting those struggles define us, we used them to refine us—turning pain into purpose and research into results.
Through Biblical wisdom, relationship psychology, and lived experience, we’ve built a proven process that breaks barriers, restores intimacy, and transforms marriages.
We believe marriage is more than just making it work—it is a God-given partnership built on trust, connection, purpose, and legacy.
Let’s build the marriage you both desire.

We’re Tazadaq and Zakah, Relationship & Marriage Coaches. We work with ambitious and goal-driven couples in their first 10 years of marriage improve their communication, build Naked Trust™, and have a genuine-reconnection without losing focus of their goals.
At one point we were that exact same couple until we went through the journey that would change things for us for good. We’re extremely passionate about relationships and inspiring authentic reconnection and trust between spouses who are busy professionals, devoted parents, dedicated ministry leaders and aspire to leave legacies behind for their children.
Together, we have a blended family of 5 children (5 - 27 years of age). We’re entrepreneurs and business co-owners and both involved in the Lord's work. We both come from full-time work and active co-parenting and step-parenting. Part of what we teach is what we’ve experienced first hand.
Now we created a well-thought-out process that helps other couples create the relationship they both secretly desire, and completely deserve.
